How long does a repair take?
The repair time depends on the fault: we will confirm the exact time once we have checked your controller. If you send it to us, add the transit time for both the outbound and return journeys.
Do I need to take my controller apart beforehand?
No, just bring it in as it is. We take care of everything.
What warranty do repairs come with?
We offer a 3-month warranty on all our repairs.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can cancel it free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
