What if my fault is not on the list?
Message us on WhatsApp with what is going on: we will tell you whether we can repair it and how much it costs before you bring it to us.
Is it worth repairing my controller or should I buy a new one?
For most faults, a repair costs quite a bit less than a new controller. With magnetic sticks, wear-related stick drift also doesn’t come back.
Can I pay for the repair online?
Yes. Each repair has its own page in the shop: you can buy it and send us your controller, or book an appointment and pay at the workshop.
Does opening the controller or console void the manufacturer’s warranty?
If it is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, check its terms before bringing it in for repair.
