Every controller is assembled and tested by hand in the workshop before it leaves.

Frequently asked questions
When is the last day to order so it arrives in time?
For Christmas, until 18 December. The gift card can be bought any day, because it arrives by email.
What if I don’t know which controller or colours they like?
Give them the gift card: you choose the amount and they receive a code by email to design their own controller or pick accessories.
Can a custom controller be returned?
No. Controllers are made to your choices (colours, design, name), and the law excludes personalised products from the right of withdrawal. If you’re not sure what they will like, the gift card is the safest option. You’ll find all the details in the returns policy.
Can I add their name or gamertag?
Yes. In the configurator you can add text and stickers to the controller.
Do you also do repairs at Christmas?
Yes. You can book your appointment on the available days in the calendar, for example to fix a controller’s stick drift before the holidays.
