Pack it well: use the original box or a rigid box with bubble wrap or foam. The controller must be well protected.
Include a note with: your name, your phone number, your order number and what you would like us to do.
Send it with any courier (Correos, SEUR, MRW, GLS, DHL) and send us the tracking number on WhatsApp.

You can only place text, images and designs on the marked (flashing) areas of the controller. Anything outside them will not be printed.

Design and Style
Colours by part Choose the colour of the front shell, the back shell, the touchpad, the D-pad, the buttons, the sticks and the grips: solid colours, fluorescent, gold and silver, gradients and designs such as carbon fibre, camouflage or galaxy.
Text and stickers Add your name or your own images to the printable areas of the controller.
Performance Upgrades
Paddles Add 2 paddles to press X and O without taking your thumbs off the sticks (you choose the order: X-O or O-X).
Shortened triggers L2 and R2 triggers shortened for a shorter travel distance.
No vibration If you prefer, we can remove the vibration from the controller.

Sony no longer makes new PS4 controllers and we have none in stock, so we only customise the DualShock 4 you already have: send it to us by courier or bring it to our workshop in Alcobendas. You only pay for the customisation you choose in the configurator (shell, buttons, paddles, triggers, sticks, text…) and you see the exact price before you pay.

Our custom PS4 controllers work on PlayStation 5 for:
- Playing PS4 games on your PS5

Important note: PS4 controllers are not compatible with native PS5 games. If you mainly play PS5 titles, we recommend our custom DualSense controllers.

How long does my custom PS4 controller take? Customisation takes 5-6 days, plus delivery time.
Is a warranty included? Yes: the customisation of your DualShock 4 comes with a 3-month warranty.
Can I send my own DualShock 4? Yes, and it is the only option: as Sony no longer makes new PS4 controllers, we customise your DualShock 4 and you only pay for the customisation.
What do the paddles do? They repeat the X and O buttons in the order you choose, so they work in any game that uses those buttons.
Are back buttons hard to use? No, they sit under your middle fingers and you can use them without taking your thumbs off the sticks.
