With use, dust builds up in the fan and the heatsink, and the thermal paste between the processor and the heatsink dries out. The console cools less effectively: the fan spins faster and gets louder, and in the worst cases the console overheats or switches itself off in the middle of a game.

1. Bring it or send it. Book an appointment at our workshop in Alcobendas (Madrid) or send it to us from anywhere in Spain. Return shipping for a console costs €12.50.
2. We inspect it and confirm the turnaround time.
3. We clean it and replace the thermal paste.
4. We test it and send it back to you.

How often should I have my console serviced?

It depends on how much you use it and how dusty the room is. If the fan is louder than before or the console is getting hot, it’s a good time.

Do you service the Xbox One?

Right now we only service the Xbox Series X and Series S.

Can I send it from another country?

We only accept consoles from Spain. From the rest of the European Union we repair controllers, not consoles.

What if my console is still under the manufacturer’s warranty?

Check the warranty terms before opening it or taking it in for repair.
