PS5 Controller Shell: Front Shell Replacement

The front shell is the front part of the DualSense, the one around the buttons and the sticks. We replace it in two cases:

• Repair: the shell is broken, cracked or badly scratched after a drop. We replace it with a new one.
• Colour change: you want to give your own controller a new look without buying a new one.

When you order, tell us which colour you want and we will confirm the available colours before we start.

• The new front shell and fitting it to your DualSense.
• A full test of the controller before we return it to you.
• 3 months’ repair warranty.

Want to replace the back too? You can get the back shell with grip from €15.

If you send us your controller, you arrange and pay for shipping both ways yourself, with the carrier of your choice. We accept controllers from any country.

If you want to personalise the whole thing (colours for each part, text, stickers, paddles or triggers), do it in the PS5 custom controller configurator, on a new controller or on your own.

2. We replace the shell and confirm the timescale once we have checked it.
3. We test it and let you know so you can collect it or arrange its return.

How much does it cost to replace a PS5 controller shell?

The front shell is from €30, with the part and fitting included. The back shell with grip is from €15. Both come with a 3-month repair warranty.

Can I choose the colour?

Yes. It can be the same as the original or a different colour: tell us which one you want and we will confirm what is available before we start.

How long does the replacement take?

We confirm the timescale once we have checked the controller. If you send it to us, add the shipping time both ways.

What if my controller is still under the manufacturer’s warranty?

Check its terms before opening it or taking it in for repair.
